央視網(wǎng)消息：9月1日，最高檢召開“銘記抗戰(zhàn)歷史 傳承抗戰(zhàn)精神” 檢察公益訴訟新聞發(fā)布會(huì)。最高檢副檢察長(zhǎng)張雪樵在會(huì)上介紹，2023年至2025年上半年，全國(guó)檢察機(jī)關(guān)共辦理英烈保護(hù)、紅色文物、革命遺址舊址等公益訴訟案件2243件，其中抗戰(zhàn)領(lǐng)域公益訴訟案件83件，保護(hù)著名抗日英烈和英雄群體名譽(yù)榮譽(yù)49名。
