王偉教授，畢業(yè)于華東政法學院、復旦大學、美國南方衛(wèi)理公會大學、英國倫敦大學，分別獲得法學士、法學碩士(國際法專業(yè))、LL.M.（比較國際法專業(yè)）、法學博士學位。2005-2006年在香港大學法學院工作（Research Fellow）?，F(xiàn)任復旦大學法學院教授。主要研究興趣包括法律教育史、國際法、國際金融法等。
