8月21日，阿里巴巴集團(tuán)在香港聯(lián)交所公告，擬議分拆斑馬網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)股份有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱"斑馬智行"），并在香港聯(lián)合交易所有限公司主板獨(dú)立上市。
斑馬智行曾為阿里巴巴的子公司，自2024年12月27日起不再納入集團(tuán)并表范圍。截至公告日期，阿里巴巴持有斑馬智行約44.72%的股份。分拆完成后，阿里巴巴將繼續(xù)持有斑馬智行超過30%的股份，斑馬智行仍為權(quán)益法被投資方。（界面）
