日前，佛山市自然資源局發(fā)布了《佛山市城市地價動態(tài)監(jiān)測項目 2025 年第二季度成果公布稿》。
公布顯示，2025年2季度，佛山的商服、住宅、工業(yè)和綜合用地已經(jīng)整體呈現(xiàn)下跌態(tài)勢，其中工業(yè)跌幅最大，達3.41%。而佛山市住宅地價和綜合地價則是自2024年一季度以來，已經(jīng)整體呈現(xiàn)5連跌態(tài)勢。
