個人簡介
范瀟博士于 2014 年獲清華大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2019 年獲清華大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2019 年至 2025 年間,先后于普林斯頓大學(xué)及洛克菲勒大學(xué)/霍華德 · 休斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所(HHMI)從事博士后研究。2025 年 8 月全職加入深圳醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院,任生物構(gòu)造與互作研究所特聘研究員。
范瀟博士長期致力于融合多學(xué)科前沿技術(shù)方法,以推動冷凍電鏡技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,并聚焦于重大疾病相關(guān)膜蛋白-藥物分子相互作用機制的結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)研究。通過自主研發(fā)的冷凍電鏡全流程創(chuàng)新技術(shù)體系,克服了該領(lǐng)域長期存在的技術(shù)瓶頸,成功實現(xiàn)了超小分子量蛋白及近生理狀態(tài)下膜蛋白的高分辨率結(jié)構(gòu)解析,并揭示了電壓門控鈉離子/鈣離子通道的結(jié)構(gòu)與藥理作用機制等一系列重要發(fā)現(xiàn)。

課題組研究方向
范瀟課題組將立足于多學(xué)科交叉領(lǐng)域,發(fā)揮技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,開發(fā)新型冷凍電鏡成像技術(shù)及高效樣品制備與數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,構(gòu)建針對天然膜體系的膜蛋白原位結(jié)構(gòu)與功能解析平臺。并將依托該平臺開展復(fù)雜生物膜環(huán)境的高效原位研究,通過多維度解析關(guān)鍵大分子的空間構(gòu)型、相互作用網(wǎng)絡(luò)及跨尺度組織模式,深入探索生物膜系統(tǒng)間的耦合與調(diào)控機制,為相關(guān)疾病干預(yù)提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
